Our prized possession is our cabin in the woods, located just southwest of Collingwood, ON. The Cabin is owned and operated by our club, and was built by club members in 1968. It is located directly on the Bruce Trail, at the base of Metcalfe Rock, a gem on the escarpment (a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve) boasting the province's best rock-climbing routes, explorable fissures and caves, and unbeatable views over Grey County. The Cabin is used to host a variety of club events, trips, and excursion weekends. Popular activities at the cabin include cross-country skiing on the over 45km of trails leading right away from the cabin's doorstep, mountain biking, hiking, caving, rock climbing, swimming, and canoeing.

The Niagara Escarpment Commission (NEC) is a statutory body that operates at arm's length from the Ontario Government (Ministry of Natural Resources). The NEC is mandated to develop, interpret and apply Niagara Escarpment Plan policies that maintain and enhance the Niagara Escarpment’s unique environmental and landscape features.
This nature reserve provides representative examples of Niagara Escarpment cliff and ravine habitats, including forested slopes and wetlands. Talus slopes and cave and crevice development are also present. The reserve protects a number of rare or uncommon plant species, including an outstanding variety of ferns, some of which are restricted in their Ontario distribution to the Niagara Escarpment.
The Ofra Studio is located two hours north of Toronto, west of Collingwood, in the beautiful and scenic Beaver Valley. We welcome the public to visit the studio by appointment. We also have Open House studio tours that are announced and advertised well in advance throughout the year. My paintings on silk represent my love of colour, light, and space. In addition to painting on silk, I paint with acrylics on paper and canvas. As well, I experiment with woodblock printing on Japanese paper. Over the years I have received eleven awards for my works. I am always open to the possibility of commissioned works on silk or acrylics.
